The Ratan Tata Innovation Hub (RTIH) is a Section 8 company established under the Government of Andhra Pradesh through the Andhra Pradesh Innovation Society (APIS). As the State’s principal platform for innovation, incubation, and entrepreneurship, RTIH leads a Hub-and-Spoke network connecting five regional innovation foundations across Andhra Pradesh. Its vision—under the AP Innovation & Startup Policy (2024–2029)—is to make Andhra Pradesh a lighthouse of inclusive innovation and entrepreneurship.

Role Overview

The Manager - Partnerships will drive and execute strategic alliances for RTIH Rajamahendravaram across corporates, startups, academic institutions, investors, government departments, and industry bodies. This is an execution-focused role responsible for building and managing day-to-day partner relationships, running engagement programs, and ensuring on-ground delivery of the Hub’s partnership strategy under the guidance of the Head – Partnerships / CEO.

Key Responsibilities

. Execute RTIH Rajamahendravaram's partnership strategy and identify new alliance opportunities aligned with organizational goals.

. Build and manage relationships with corporates, incubators, accelerators, universities, angel investors, VCs, CSR organizations, and government bodies.

. Coordinate and run corporate innovation programs, startup engagement initiatives, and innovation challenges.

. Draft, negotiate, and manage Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs), sponsorships, and partnership agreements.

. Support pipeline linkages between portfolio startups and investors, venture networks, and funding agencies.

. Represent RTIH Rajamahendravaram at regional innovation forums, startup events, and stakeholder meetings.

. Track partnership activities, maintain a partner/CRM database, and prepare performance dashboards and reports.

. Provide regular updates and data-driven impact assessments to the Head – Partnerships and leadership team.

. Coordinate cross-functionally with incubation, finance, and operations teams to ensure smooth delivery of partner commitments.

Qualifications & Experience

. Master’s degree in Management/Business Administration, Engineering, Public Policy, Entrepreneurship, or a related field.

. 4–7 years of progressive experience in partnerships, business development, startup incubators, or corporate innovation.

. Experience supporting or executing MoUs, sponsorships, and multi-stakeholder engagements.

. Working knowledge of India’s startup ecosystem, government innovation initiatives, and venture funding landscape.

. Willingness to travel for stakeholder meetings, partner engagements, and official events, as required.

💰 Compensation: ₹10–12 lakhs per annum (CTC), based on experience and interview performance.
