About RTIH

The Ratan Tata Innovation Hub (RTIH) is a Section 8 company established under the Government of Andhra Pradesh through the Andhra Pradesh Innovation Society (APIS). As the State’s principal platform for innovation, incubation, and entrepreneurship, RTIH leads a Hub-and-Spoke network connecting five regional innovation foundations across Andhra Pradesh. Its vision—under the AP Innovation & Startup Policy (2024–2029)—is to make Andhra Pradesh a lighthouse of inclusive innovation and entrepreneurship.

Position: Manager – AI Incubation & Capacity Building

📍 Location: Amaravati, Andhra Pradesh

💼Type: Full Time | Contractual Role (Renewable)

🧭Reports to: Joint Director - Ecosystem

Role Overview

To run AI Centre of Excellence (AI CoE)’s startup incubation, founder support, training initiatives, hackathons and ecosystem capacity-building programs.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design and run AI/deep-tech incubation cohorts.
2. Manage startup applications, screening, onboarding, reviews, and graduation.
3. Coordinate mentors, experts, investors, and corporate/government connects.
4. Organize AI workshops, master classes, certification programs, hackathons, and demo days.
5. Track startup progress, founder requirements, outcomes, and reporting.
6. Support startups in market validation, fundraising readiness, IP support, and pilot pathways.

KPIs:

1. Startups incubated and retained.
2. Training/workshop participation.
3. Hackathons/challenges conducted.
4. Startup progress, funding, pilots, and graduation outcomes.
5. Quality and timeliness of reports.

Qualifications & Experience

1. Graduate/postgraduate in business, technology, innovation, entrepreneurship, or related field.
2. 5–8 years’ experience in incubation, startup programs, accelerators, entrepreneurship development, or innovation programs.
3. Understanding of AI/deep-tech ecosystem preferred.

💰Compensation: ₹10.0 – 12.0 lakhs per annum (CTC), based on experience and interview performance.
